How we work and what our work flow looks like
We first understand you and your business
We first understand your business vision, target audience, end goals and what you would want to achieve through the website such as brand awareness, genuine leads, more sales or just an online presence
This is also where we gather all the information from you that we would need on your website such as your contact details, social media links, your services, logo files, branding and color palettes.
The actual website build is the next step
We create the home page for you using previous guidelines, colour palettes, content and the structure as discussed. We then get a final go-ahead from you and move towards designing the rest of the website.
This is where we add in your extras, such as plugin integrations, content, graphics, images, relevant headings and sub-heading.

Our last test is getting you to test everything on the website – each button, each link, all fonts, all text, and once you are ready and happy, we push the website live.
We do this over the weekend or late evenings to minimise disruptions.

Testing of the website
Once the main pages are complete and the website design is ready, we then test the website.
This includes checking that all the fonts are the same, the content is flowing, the links are working and pointing to the right pages, our “call to action” are in place, our web copy has no spelling errors, and most importantly, that it’s responsive on multiple devices.

Our relationship with you doesn’t end once the website is live. We are still there to work with you in case of any minor changes that you would like once the website goes live.
If you would like ongoing support post the first 2 months, we also have Website Maintenance & Security packages where we are responsible for maintaining your website.
